DigiCelCorn is an independent research initiative focused on measuring the practical performance of mobile telecom operators and virtual networks across Peninsular and East Malaysia. Founded by a consortium of remote telecommunications specialists and network engineers, our mission is to compile transparent, empirical databases of signal strength, latency, packet stability, and eSIM over-the-air deployment delays.
Unlike commercial carriers who publish peak-performance laboratory speeds, we measure "in-the-wild" metrics. Our telemetry is logged during real commutes, inside buildings, on intercity trains, and across remote islands to help consumers and travelers make informed decisions based on realistic network behaviors.
All data presented on DigiCelCorn is gathered using standard consumer hardware configured to log signal telemetry. We perform continuous round-trip time (RTT) pings, packet-loss tracking, and bandwidth aggregation checks under typical user loads.
DigiCelCorn does not sell SIM cards, register eSIM subscriptions, or act as an affiliate for any network carrier. Our funding comes entirely from technical benchmarking sponsors and research data exports, which ensures that our comparative charts remain 100% objective.
We are fully committed to GDPR, CCPA, and personal privacy guidelines. No active user telemetry is gathered through our interactive speed tests without consent, and all simulated metrics are sandboxed on your device.
